We added a chat feature onto the ‘Duolingo’ App that would allow immigrants learning a new language to potentially make new connections in their vicinity. The feature would also allow users to practice their conversational skills in both a written and spoken format with chat and video call options. Each session would grant the user points, therefore adding to their own ranking.
